Assessing the impact of employee training and development at Shaa exports

Training and development play a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and improving employees' work experiences. Investment in training and development is widely regarded as a best management practice to maintain the appropriate expertise both now and in the future. This research examines the effectiveness of training and development programs for employees at Shaa Exports. The purpose of these training and development programs is to improve both employee capabilities and organizational performance. The aim of this study is to evaluate the employee training and development practices followed at Shaa Exports Private Limited, Kottakkal, Malappuram. It provides insights into various training and development initiatives within the organization and highlights their benefits. Additionally, the study focuses on employees' expectations and their involvement in such programs. The objective is to analyse the effectiveness of training on employees and identify potential improvements that could be implemented within the organization.
